Ventura is a luxurious, spacious, modern apartment
with Pool & Terraces. Newly built, the apartment is
situated on the 1st floor (with lift) and is ideally situated
only minutes walk from the beach & just off the
lively picturesque town square.
It is our aim to provide our guests
with the most trouble free, relaxing holiday
experience possible. To this end, we have furnished
& equipped the apartment with little extras that
make the difference, Beach Towels, Bath Robes,
DVD Player, Hi-fi, Ice Maker etc.

Apartment Cala Ventura is located seconds from the
main square in Puerto Pollensa. Its location is
ideal for the beach, pine walk area and is very
close to all of the restaurants, bars & pavement
cafes that Puerto Pollensa has to offer. The
apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessed via
stairs or a lift. |
The
entrance hallway of the apartment features a video
entry telephone system, large dressing mirror & coat
hanging space. Leading from the entrance hallway of
the apartment is a spacious modern kitchen.

The
kitchen has been fitted out with Bosch appliances
and includes washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob,
refrigerator/freezer & ice machine. Additionally,
there is an extendable table which is situated by
the glass doors leading to a large balcony.

Also
leading from the entrance hallway of the apartment
is a large lounge & dining room. The lounge area has
a full height/full width window towards the front.
There are also glass doors leading out onto the
large balcony. Marble flooring is used throughout
the apartment. |

The
lounge has been furnished in a modern, contemporary
style and benefits from satellite TV, DVD Player and a Hi-Fi CD
system. All windows are fitted with both roman
blinds & electric shutters. Air-conditioning is
adjusted via remote control and can be adjusted &
set independently for each room in the apartment. |
The
dining room is situated towards the rear of the
lounge. Again, it is furnished in a modern
contemporary style, with a large extendable dining
table. |
Leading from both the kitchen & lounge is a large
balcony with mountain views and overlooking the
church & the picturesque town square. The balcony is
the ideal place to start the day off with breakfast,
or have a relaxing drink at the end of the day. |
All
three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes & double
glazed windows with roman blinds & electric
shutters. We are pleased to provide flexible
accommodation for 6 people in either 2 Doubles & 1
Twin, or 1 Double & 2 Twins. |

Both
bathrooms feature WC, bidet, bath with shower above.
Sink surrounds are marble and towels & bath robes
are provided for the use of our guests. |
At
the rear of the apartment building is a large
terrace & sun bathing area for the use of our
guests. The large pergola is an relaxing place to
sit out of the heat of the sun for a while, or to
enjoy an alfresco lunch. |
Also
at the rear of the apartment building is a swimming
pool, ideal for a refreshing dip. the pool features
a child-safe shallow area. Sun-loungers & poolside
beach towels are provided for the use of our guests. |
The
spacious rear of the property also features various
areas to sit, read & relax or enjoy a drink with
friends. Toilet & shower facilities are available in
the sun terrace area for the use of our guests. |
