location. Located facing the Boquer Mountains, it's
only 2 minutes from the main square of Puerto
Pollensa, where you will find a range of restaurants
and cafes, and 5 minutes walk to the Pine Walk and
beach.
The apartment also comes with its
own underground private parking bay, for those who
choose to hire a car.

Apartment Vicente Buades is situated
only a short distance from the Town Square and is
very close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops
that Puerto Pollensa has to offer. The Pine Walk
with its restaurants and cafes is a further two
minutes away and there are numerous beaches close at
hand. |
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and
is accessed via stairs or a lift and has a telephone
entry system. |
All rooms lead off the entrance hall
which also acts as the cloakroom and has a table and
mirror. |
The well equipped kitchen is fully
fitted with appliances such as oven, hob, microwave,
dishwasher and fridge/freezer. |

The lounge is tastefully furnished
and features satellite TV. Windows are fitted with
roman blinds. Air conditioning is controlled via
remote control and can be set and adjusted
independently for each of the two air-conditioning
units in the apartment. |
The dining area is at the rear of the
lounge and has an extending table. A door from this
area leads onto the balcony which overlooks the
quiet street, the community swimming pool and on to
the rugged
Tramuntana mountains. |
The
apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with air-conditioning
and two with ceiling fans. All bedrooms have
curtains and shutters. A safe is situated in the
master bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite
bathroom and a family bathroom serves the other two
bedrooms. |
The
local Community Pool Complex is just over the road
from the apartment. A family membership is included
in the rental price. The complex is open from
mid-April to mid-September and includes a tennis
court and a snack & drinks bar. |
