the beautiful, palm tree lined sandy beach and the
famous promenade running up to the Pine Walk area of
the town. Situated on the second floor, it
has stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains from
two balconies.

Apartment Cervera is located seconds
from the main square in Puerto Pollensa. Its
location is ideal for the beach, pine walk area and
is very close to all the restaurants, bars and
pavement cafes. |
The apartment is on the 2nd floor,
has a Secure Telephone Entry system and is accessed
via stairs or a lift. The apartment is airy and
spacious and finished to a high standard. It has 3
bedrooms (sleeping up to 7 – with the sofa bed), 2
bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen and utility
area. |
The Lounge/Dining Room is very stylishly
and tastefully furnished and has a TV. It
has huge picture windows with curtains. Together with
all other rooms the sitting room is air-conditioned.
There is a balcony leading off from this room with
stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains. |
The kitchen is fully fitted with
appliances, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher and washing machine. |

There are two twin bedded rooms and
one double bedded room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. |
In addition to the three bedrooms, a
sofa bed in the sitting area can be utilised for a
seventh person if required. |
Both
twin bedrooms are furnished in a comfortable,
contemporary style. |
