| Edificio Flor is a
beautifully appointed modern apartment . Recently
built, the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor
(with lift) and is ideally situated only minutes
walk from the beach, pine walk & the lively
picturesque town square.
It is our aim to provide our guests
with the most trouble free, relaxing holiday
experience possible. To this end, we have furnished
& equipped the apartment with little extras that
make the difference, Beach Towels, Bath Robes,
DVD Player, Ice Maker etc.

Apartment Edificio Flor is located minutes from the
main square in Puerto Pollensa. Its location is
ideal for the beach, pine walk area and is very
close to all of the restaurants, bars & pavement
cafes that Puerto Pollensa has to offer. The
apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessed via
stairs or a lift. |
The
entrance of the apartment features a telephone entry system, large dressing mirror &
console table. Leading from the entrance of
the apartment is a large lounge/dining area and a spacious modern kitchen
& utility room. |
The
kitchen & utility room have been fitted out to ensure that our guests
have everything they would expect and includes washing machine,
dishwasher, oven, hob, refrigerator/freezer & ice
machine. The utility room leading from the
kitchen can be used as a drying space for towels
& clothing. |
Also
leading from the entrance of the apartment
is a large lounge & dining room. The lounge area has
patio doors leading to a balcony and a window towards the front. |

The
lounge has been furnished to ensure the comfort of
our guests and benefits from satellite TV & DVD
Player. Air-conditioning is
adjusted via remote control and can be adjusted &
set independently for each of the two
air-conditioning units in the apartment. |
The
dining area is also situated at the front of the
property. The large extendable dining
table will seat six adults comfortably. |
Leading from the lounge is a balcony with views to
the quiet street outside. The balcony is
the ideal place to start the day off with breakfast,
or have a relaxing drink at the end of the day. |
All
three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes & double
glazed windows with curtains & external shutters.
There is one double bedroom with king size bed, a
twin room and a further bedroom with twin beds. |

The bathroom features WC, bidet, bath with shower above.
Sink surrounds are marble and towels & bath robes
are provided for the use of our guests. The
apartment also has an additional small shower room with
WC. |
The
new public outdoor swimming pool complex is situated
approximately 150 metres from our apartment. A
family pass for the swimming pool & terrace complex
is included in the rental price. The complex
includes tennis courts and a snacks & drinks bar to
relax in out of the sun. The swimming pool is open
between mid-June and mid-September. |
